An Indian head massage is a therapeutic treatment that has been practiced for centuries. This technique involves massaging the scalp, neck, and shoulders to release tension and promote relaxation. Clients remain fully clothed, and if possible wear a vest top so I can work around the shoulders and neck areas.

A crystal treatment is a holistic energy practice that uses the natural energy of crystals to balance and restore the body's energy. During a session, I will place specific crystals on or around your body, often targeting areas where energy is blocked or imbalanced. Each crystal has unique properties that help promote calm, peaceful relaxation, and emotional clarity. Clients remain fully clothed and only remove shoes if possible during the treatment.

Reiki (ray-key) is japanese for universal life energy, a term used to describe a natural system to help bring about an improved sense of wellbeing and a positive feeling of spiritual renewal. The tradition was founded by Dr Mikao Usui in the early 20th century and evolved as a result of his research, experience and dedication. The method of receiving a Reiki treatment is simple. the client remains fully clothed and comfortably lies on a couch or sits on a chair. The practitioner gently places their hands non-intrusively, on or near the body. Reiki can be used on the person as a whole,  or on specific parts of the body. There is no massage or manipulation anywhere on the body.​
